三元络合物光度法测定微量锌的研究Zn—SCN^- -邻苯二酚紫体系

摘　　要：利用在氨性缓冲溶液中Zn^2＋能与SCN^-和邻苯二酚紫形成三元络合物，建立了一种新的测定锌含量的分光光度法。本法操作简单，选择性好，精密度高。锌浓度在0～2．0g（50ml）时与吸光度呈线性关系。线性回归方程是A=0．002＋0．0836C（g／50m1），相关系数是r=0．9938，检出限为0．05g／ml，用于水中微量锌的测定，结果令人满意。A new spectrophotometric method for determination of Zinc （ · ） has been developed,based on the formation of a temarycomplex of Zn （ II ） -SCN-PV in the PH=9.0 of NH4Cl-NH3.H2O buffer solution. The method possessed a better sensitive, selective and rapid characterize and precision. The regression equation is A=0.002＋0.0836 C （μg/50ml） , when the Zinc concentration is in the range of 0--2.0μg/50ml.The correlative coefficient is 0.9938,the method has been used to determine Zinc in water with satisfactory results.
