摘　　要：文章通过对甘肃省武术套路运动员退役就业安置现状的调查,剖析了影响甘肃省武术套路专业运动员退役就业安置的深层因素,旨在为甘肃省武术套路运动的发展提供思路。The paper does the survey on the Gansu province Wushu professional athlete retirement and employment present conditions, and analyzes the factors through the research that the professional athlete retirement of the Gansu province Wushu, and promotes the development that Wushu sport, and puts forward some suggestions.
