摘　　要：分别介绍了系统的设计与实现;基本功能与具体特色;解决多用户同时提交数据、扩大信息源的问题,加快信息上网速度。In this article, we introduce the design, implementation, fundamental functions and specific features of the system. It can solve the problem of synchronous data submission by many users and the problem of message source enlargement. It can also accelerate the speed of network.
