摘 要:针对压电水声换能器自由场电压接收灵敏度问题,以Cymbal换能器为压电相,聚氨酯为聚合物相,构成了具有1-3复合连通型特征的压电复合水声换能器平面均匀并联基阵。建立了基阵数学模型;制作并测试了该基阵的自由场电压接收灵敏度。结果表明,该种结构的压电复合水声换能器的自由场电压接收灵敏度与阵元的体积分数有关;与阵元的间距有关,阵元间距在对应于辐射因子为零处时,可得到该基阵的自由场电压接收灵敏度的最大值;其自由场电压接收灵敏度的实测值与理论值有很好的吻合程度,基阵的基波谐振频率比单个换能器阵元的基波谐振频率明显降低。For the problem of free field voltage receiving sensitivity of underwater acoustic receiving piezoelectric transducer, the cymbal transducer is used as piezoelectric phase and polyurethane as polymer phase to constitute homogeneous plane parallel array of piezocomposite underwater acoustic receiving transducer with a characteristic of 1-3 piezoelectric composite connectivity. The mathematics model of this piezocomposite underwater acoustic transducer array is established. Using cymbal transducers as array elements the homogeneous plane parallel array of piezocomposite underwater acoustic transducer is fabricated and the free field voltage receiving sensitivity is tested. The research result shows that the free field voltage receiving sensitivity of this array is both dependent on the volume fraction of the array elements and on the space between the array elements. When the radiation factor is zero, the max value of the free field voltage receiving sensitivity of this array can be obtained while the space between the array elements is corresponding to the zero radiation factors. The test value of free field voltage receiving sensitivity is in complete agreement with the theoretic value. The first resonance frequency of the array is less than that of single transducer.
