摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是人类文明的瑰宝,不仅具有传承民族文化的重要作用,而且具有巨大的经济价值,亟待保护与开发。河北是一个非物质文化遗产资源大省,这是发展旅游业的重要基础。对非物质文化遗产保护与旅游业实施联动开发,以非物质文化遗产的保护和开发作为推动旅游产业发展的手段,再通过旅游业来实现对非物质文化遗产的有效保护,是实现两种产业良性互动的重要途径。Intangible cultural heritage are the treasures of human civilization. It not only plays me important role of national culture heritage, but also has enormous economic value which needs protection and development. Hebei is a non-material cultural heritage resources of a large province, which is an important foundation for the development of tourism on the intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development of the implementation of linkage to non-material cultural heritage protection and development to promote tourism as a means of industrial development, through the tourism industry to achieve an effective non-material cultural heritage protection, and to realize the two industries are an important way for positive interaction.
