洛美沙星与氧氟沙星随机对照治疗细菌性感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价洛美沙星与氧氟沙星治疗细菌性感染的安全有效性。方法：洛美沙星与氧氟沙星剂量均为２００ｍｇ，ｑ１２ｈ，ｐｏ，疗程为７～１４ｄ，通过随机对照开放试验分别治疗细菌性感染１０２例。结果：两药的临床有效率均为９６．１％，细菌阴转率分别为９６．８％与９５．７％，细菌清除率分别为９６．９％与９５．８％，不良反应发生率分别为４．９％与３．９％，上述结果无统计学显著性差异。体外抗菌作用结果显示洛美沙星与氧氟沙星体外最低抑菌浓度结果相似。OBJECTIVE:A randomized controlled clinical study of lomefloxacin compared with ofloxacin was conducted to evaluate its safety and efficacy in the treatment of bacterial infections.METHODS:A total of 204 patients was enrolled in the study.The Dosage was 200 mg,twice daily orally for 7～14 days.RESULTS:The clinical efficacy rates were 96.1% and 96.1%,the bacterial efficacy rates were 96.8% and 95.7%,the bacterial clearance rates were 96.9% and 95.8% respectively.The incidence of adverse drug reactions were 4.9% and 3.9% respectively.There were no statistical differences between two drugs.In vitro activity of lomefloxacin was similar with ofloxacin.CONCLUSION:Lomefloxacin was a safety and efficacy antimicrobial drug.
