佩尔地平注射剂治疗高血压急症的疗效

摘　　要：目的：研究静脉注射佩尔地平治疗高血压急症的有效性及安全性。方法：实验组２０例，用佩尔地平０．５～２．５μｇ／（ｋｇ·ｍｉｎ）静点；对照组１９例，用硝普钠０．５～３．０μｇ／（ｋｇ·ｍｉｎ）静点。结果：实验组用药后５～１０ｍｉｎ开始有显著的降压作用，６０ｍｉｎ后疗效更显著，血压由（２５．４±３．９）／（１５．７±１．３）ｋＰａ降至（１８．０±３．２）／（１１．５±１．５）ｋＰａ，静点速度以１．０～２．０μｇ／（ｋｇ·ｍｉｎ）为宜；患者自觉症状改善明显，副作用轻微。对照组用药后１０ｍｉｎ血压也开始下降，３０～６０ｍｉｎ血压明显下降。两组药物的降压作用均明显。结论：佩尔地平静点是治疗高血压急症迅速、有效。OBJECTIVE:The effectiveness and safety of nicardipine injection in treatment of hypertensive crisis were studied by the authors in comparison with sodium nitroprusside(SNP).METHODS:Twenty patients in the active group were treated with nicardipine by infusion in a speed of 0.5～2.5 μg/(kg·min)while another nineteen patients in the control group were treated with SNP by infusion in a speed of 0.5～3.0 μg/(kg·min).RESULTS:The blood pressure (BP)in patients of the active group began to drop significantly after 5～10 min of dosing and obvious effect was observed after 60 mins,the BP decreased from(25.4±3.9)/(15.7±1.3)kPa to (18.0±3.2)/(11.5±1.5)kPa and it was found that the infusion speed maintained at 1.0～2.0 μg/(kg·min)seems to be adequate,for the symptoms of the patients were relived without obvious side effects.The BP in patients of the control group were also decreased significantly after 30～60 min of dosing.CONCLUSION:Nicardipine injection is an effective and safe agent for rapid relief of hypertensive crisis.
