摘 要:为实现高质量浓度难降解染料废水的经济、高效处理,采用电解法进行预处理,考察电絮凝气浮、电解间接氧化和电解Fenton3种方法在废水有机物去除和可生化性改善等方面的性能.结果表明:电解Fenton法在电压15V、pH=4、反应时间2h的条件下,COD去除率可达48.1%,m(BOD5)/m(COD)值由原废水的0.07提高到0.42,为后续生物处理创造了条件;电解Fenton法的性能明显优于电絮凝气浮法和电解间接氧化法.Three kinds of electrochemical methods, electro-flocculation, indirect electro-oxidation and electro- Fenton were investigated as pre-treatment processes for efficient and economical treatment of non-biodegradable organic fresh dye wastewater with high strength. The efficiency of each method was evaluated according to the reduction levels of COD, as well as the biodegradability improvement. The results indicated that, under the optimal conditions that voltage was 15 V, pH was 4 and reaction time was 2 h, the removal rate of COD reached 48. 1% and the ratio of BODs/COD was increased from 0.07 to 0.42 in the electro-Fenton process, which made the effluents convenient for the consequent bio-treatment. Meantime, the electro-Fenton process was more efficient than either electro-floeculation process or indirect electro-oxidation process.
