摘  要:为了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)耐药特点,测定了12种抗菌药物对MRSA的敏感性、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:MRSA占临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)的65.9%,对大多数β-内酰胺类和氨基糖甙类抗生素呈多重耐药。万古霉素和利福平对MRSA显示强大的抗菌活性,头孢他啶也显示较强的抗菌活性。提示上述药物可用于MRSA所致的严重感染。In order to know the resistance of methicilhn resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)to antidricrobial agents the susceptibility,ndnirnal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and the ndnimal bacterbidial concentrations (MBCs) of antimicrobial agents against MRSA isolated from inpatient were measured. The results showed that MRSA acc0unted for 65. 9 % of the strains tested MRSA sh0wed resistance to most of theβ-lactamase antibiotics and sonle of the aminoglycoside. Vancomycin and Rifampicinum had the highest activity against MRSA;Ceftazidime was following order. It is suggested that serious infections caused by MRSE may be cured by using Vancomycin and Rifampicinum or other antibiotics mentionedabove.
