摘　　要：在当前全球金融危机的背景下,东亚外汇储备库的筹建和增资一方面有助于进一步增强东亚地区资金救助能力,更重要的是体现了东亚区域加强合作、应对危机的信心和决心。本文研究东亚外汇储备库的缘起、基础和成立过程,对东亚外汇储备库的意义和制度安排等相关问题进行了分析,最后得出中国的对策选择。In the current context of global financial crisis,the establishment and development of East Asia's foreign exchange reserves pool helps to further enhancement the capacity of financial aid and,more importantly,it boosts the confidence and determination of East Asian economies to strengthen cooperation to deal with the crisis.This paper studies the origins of East Asian foreign exchange reserves pool,its foundation and establishing processes.It then analyzes the significance of East Asian foreign exchange reserves pool and its institutional arrangements,thus raising China's response options.The paper provides some references for institutional arrangements of East Asian foreign exchange reserves pool and China's participation strategies.
