摘 要:克拉玛依油田六东区克下组Ⅲ类砾岩稠油油藏投入开发30余年,已进入蒸汽吞吐开采后期,油田生产面临产油量低、含水高的严峻形势。通过开展剩余出油气井点调查和油藏地质研究,发现受地形、地貌影响,部分优质储量因直井无法开采成为难动用储量。通过运用地层对比、储层预测等技术手段,落实难动用区油层发育情况,开展水平井开发可行性研究;应用油藏数值模拟技术,优选水平井开发注采参数。在钻井、生产过程中大力应用水平井地质导向、动态监测等新技术,使该区位于基地及水塘下面的难动用优质储量得到有效开发。Kexia reservoir is a conglomerate heavy oil reservoir of Class III in Liudong area of Karamay oilfield,has been put into production for over 30 years and entered the late stage of cyclic steam stimulation.Oilfield operation is facing a grim situation of low oil production and high water cut.Investigation of well points producing remaining oil and reservoir geology study have indicated that part of the high quality reserves cannot be produced by vertical wells and has become hard-to-recover reserves as restrained by terrain and landform.Reservoir development conditions are ascertained for the hard-to-recover zones by using techniques of strata correlation and reservoir prediction.The feasibility of development by horizontal wells is studied.Injection-production parameters of developing by horizontal wells are optimized by numerical simulation.New techniques such as horizontal well geosteering and performance surveillance have been applied in drilling and production process,thus effectively developed the high quality reserves in the base and the pond of the study area.
