摘 要:针对稠油的流动特征,运用流变仪对稠油进行实验研究,结合常温常压下建立的物理评价模型,二者加以比较互为验证,从动态和静态2种角度测量了不同粘度稠油的流变特性;分析了稠油塑性粘度、屈服应力、启动压力梯度等参数对稠油流变性的影响规律。研究表明,无水稠油的流变模式呈宾汉流体特征,稠油具有启动压力梯度,无水稠油的流动特征与孔喉大小、粘度因素关系密切。通过此实验模型模拟稠油在地下岩层孔喉的流动状态,验证了稠油在地下的流变特性,对开采稠油油藏具有很好的参考价值。The rheological property of heavy oil at different viscosity has been measured both dynamically and statically by comparing and mutual authentication between rheometer experiment and physical evaluation model established under normal temperature and pressure.The impact of heavy oil parameters such as plastic viscosity,yield stress and threshold pressure gradient on rheological property is analyzed.The study shows that the rheological model of water-free heavy oil shows Binghan fluid property;heavy oil has threshold pressure gradient;and the mobility of water-free heavy oil is closely related to pore throat size and viscosity.This experiment model simulates the flow condition of heavy oil in rock pore throat,verifies the rheological property of heavy oil in underground formation,and is a reference to recovery of heavy oil reservoir.
