摘  要:以离子液体氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Bmim]Cl)和氯化亚锡(SnCl2)的复盐为催化剂,L-乳酸为原料,采用直接溶液缩聚法制备聚乳酸(PLA);探讨了催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对PLA相对分子质量的影响,借助红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对聚合物进行了表征。结果表明:当反应体系真空度约1kPa,[Bmim]CI/SnCl2催化剂质量分数为反应物的0.7%,[Bmim]C1与SnCl2的摩尔比为1:2,反应温度170℃,反应时间12h时,制备的PLA的粘均相对分子质量为3.5×10^4。Poly( lactic acid) (PLA) was prepared from L- lactic acid in presence of the composite catalyst of 1 -bury L- -3-meth- ylimidazolium chloride ( [ Bmim] Cl) ionic liquid and stannous chloride (SnCl2 ) via direct solution condensation. The effects of catalyst amount and reaction temperature and time on the relative molecular mass of PLA were discussed. The polymer was char- acterized with infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. The results showed that the obtained PLA had the vis- cosity average relative molecular mass of 3.5 × 10^4 when the reaction conditions were as followed: reaction system vacuum about 1 kPa, 0.7% [ Bmim] Cl/SnC12 catalyst of the reactants by mass fraction, [ Bmim] Cl-and-SnCl2 mole ratio of 1 : 2, reaction temperature 170 ℃ and time 12 h.
