摘　　要：分析了上离合器的结构工艺性,使用MoldFlow软件进行了浇口位置分析,确定了模具的浇注系统。模具为三板式点浇口结构,采用成型斜顶杆方式实现了模具抽芯要求,并完成了模具结构设计。Analyzed the processing characteristics of product, determined the gate location by simulating the molding process of clutch through MoldFlow, designed the lifter structure and two-parting plane mold structure, descripted the mold＇s work process.
