摘　　要：通常,平板电视面框的侧浇口废料不能自动切除,采用人工切除。随着平板电视面框向透明、高光、无熔接痕的方向发展,为保证产品外观质量、实现生产自动化,需设计开发出适用于平板电视面框的自动切除侧浇口废料的注射模。实践证明,本文所设计的模具结构不但可实现浇口废料的自动切除,还保证平板电视面框外观质量达到高光无熔接痕的效果。Generally, edge gate of FPD cabinets could not be auto-sheared, which was sheared by workers. As FPD cabinets is developing to clarity, high gloss and no weld mark, auto-sheared injection mold for edge gate of FPD cabinets was designed and developed in order to guarantee good surface quality and achieve automatization. It has been found that using this mold edge gate could be auto-sheared, and also FPD cabinets could have high gloss surface without weld mark.
