融斑通脉颗粒对实验性犬心肌梗死的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究融斑通脉颗粒对犬心肌梗死的影响。方法:采用定量组织学法(四唑氮蓝法)测定心肌梗死范围及血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的变化,研究了融斑通脉颗粒消化道给药对实验性犬心肌梗死的影响。结果:融斑通脉颗粒具有明显改善心肌梗死作用,缩小经四唑氮蓝(N-BT)染色所显示的梗死区,并能明显抑制犬心肌梗死时血清CK和LDH活性的升高。结论:融斑通脉颗粒对心肌梗死可能有治疗作用。Objective： To study the effect of Rongban Tongmai Granules （RTG） on experimental myocardial infarction in dogs. Methods： Nitroblue tetrazolium chloride（N-BT） staining, serum creatine kinase（CK） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） detection were adopted to observe the effect of RTG on experimental myocardial infarction in dogs. Results： RTG could relieve myocardial infarction in dogs by reducing infarction area and suppressing the activation of serum CK and LDH in myocardial infarction dogs. Conclusions： RTG may has potential therapeutic effect on maocardial infarction.
