摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定脑心清胶囊中非法添加的硝苯地平含量的方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(25:75)为流动相,流量为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为333nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果:硝苯地平的浓度在27.98~139.9μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=130.2+13.92X,相关系数r=0.9941,进样精密度RSD为0.7%(n=5),重复性RSD为0.3%(n=5),回收率平均值为100.1%,RSD为1.0%(n=5)。结论:本方法灵敏度高、准确度高、重复性好,可作为脑心清胶囊中非法添加的硝苯地平的含量测定方法。Objective: An HPLC method was established for the determination of nifedipine in Naoxinqing capsule. Methods: A diamonsilTM Cls column was used with the mobile phase consists of potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol (25:75) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 The detecting wavelength was 333 nm. Results : There was a good liner relationship at the coneentration of 27.98 - 139.9μg·mL^-1. The regression equation was: Y= 130.2 + 13.92X, with the correlation coefficient of 0. 994 1. The RSD for the precision was 0.7% (n = 5). The RSD for the repeatability was 0.3% (n = 5). The average recovery of nifedipine was 100.1% (RSD 1.0% ). Conclusions: This method is convenient and can be used for the determination of nifedipine in Naoxinqing capsule.
