复方菘黄软膏的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：将地区著名中医有效验方,研制成复方菘黄软膏,考察该制剂质量、稳定性。外用该软膏,配合阿昔洛韦、VitB1片口服,治疗带状疱疹,对改善带状疱疹的肌表症状十分显著。联合用药疗效确切,有效率达95%以上。Compound Songhuang Cream, originated from an empirical formula was prepared to study its stability as well as the quality standard. External application of this cream plus oral administration of acyclovir and vitamin B1 tablets on herpes zoster produced good therapeutic effect, especially useful for muscularis surfaces symptoms, with the effective rate approached 95%.
