奥美拉唑加碳酸氢钠喷雾治疗反流性咽喉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥美拉唑加碳酸氢钠喷雾治疗反流性咽喉炎的疗效。方法:对50例反流性咽喉炎患者应用奥美拉唑加碳酸氢钠喷雾治疗。结果:50例患者治疗后,有46例咽喉部症状明显改善,LPR反流症状指数降低>4;镜下咽喉部病变好转,LPR体征量表降低>2。有效率92%(46例)。结论:奥美拉唑加碳酸氢钠喷雾可缓解或改善反流性咽喉炎的症状和病理。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets plus sodium bicarbonate spray on the treatment of laryngopharygeal reflux（LPR）. Methods： Fifty patients with LP1R were treated with omeprazole plus sodium bicarbonate spray. Results： After the treatment, there were 46 cases with throat sympoms improved, LPR reflux symptom index reduced over 4 ; endoscopic throat lesions improved and LPR signs of scale reduced over 2. The effective rate was 92% （46 cases）. Conclusions： Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets plus sodium bicarbonate spray can relieve or improve the symptoms and pathology of laryngopharygeal reflux（LPR）.
