摘　　要：通过对广东省家庭厨房垃圾现状的调查及处理对策的初步分析,进一步摸清及估算广东省家庭厨房垃圾的产生总量。指出家庭厨房垃圾处理存在的问题,并提出较为合理的管理方法及对策。The current status of food residue of kitchens in Guangdong province was investigated and the treatment methods were discussed, to estimate the production of food residue of kitchens in Guangdong province. The problems in treatment status of food reside were pointed out and their countermeasures were proposed.
