摘　　要：中国特色社会主义经济的本质属性及其基本特征是当前理论界正在热议的中国模式的核心内容,正确理解中国特色社会主义经济的本质属性及其基本特征对于理解中国模式具有重要的理论意义,对于中国特色社会主义建设具有重要的实践意义。文章认为邓小平对社会主义本质的概括实际上是对中国特色社会主义经济本质的概括。围绕这一本质属性,中国特色社会主义经济的基本特征需要从经济制度、经济运行机制、经济发展方式、经济发展目的以及经济发展动力五个方面全方位地把握,而不能仅仅局限于制度和体制方面。同时文章相应地提出了实现中国特色社会主义经济的本质属性需要采取的政策措施。The essential attribute of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics and its basic features are the core contents of Chinese mode which is the hot topic of present theoretical circle. To understand this content is of great significance to Chinese mode, and has important practical meaning on the construction of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics in China. By analyzing the essential attribute, we should focus on the economic system, economic operating system, way of economic development, and the goal of economic development, and the economic driving forces, so as to grasp the development of socialist economy in all round way. And relevant suggestions on the policies of realizing the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics are put forward.
