摘　　要：中小企业融资难是个普遍性问题,金融危机的爆发进一步加大了融资的难度。文章在对我国融资现状以及金融危机对我国中小企业融资影响分析的基础上,提出了如何缓解中小企业融资难问题的对策措施。Small and medium enterprises financing is a common difficulty. The explosion of the financial crisis deepens this difficulty. Based on the analysis of the current financing status of China as well as the impact of financial crisis on Chinese small and medium enterprises financing, this paper puts forward the solutions of relieving the difficulty of financing the small and medium enterprises.
