组态王在炼焦实验炉控制系统中的应用

摘　　要：系统采用宇电AI808-50段控温表对炼焦实验炉的温度实现PID控制,以PC机作为上位机,利用组态王在上位机搭建人机界面,控温表通过RS-485数据线与组态王通讯,通过组态王画面实现温度信号的显示和存取,为后期数据分析处理提供了条件。Yudian Al808-50 is used in experimental coke oven to realize PID control for the system,PC is on the position machine, KingView is used to structure man-machine interface on the position machine.Temperature tables communicates with KingView by RS-485,temperature signal is displayed and saved through KingView which provided condition for post-data analysis.
