摘　　要：根据电厂监控系统的结构方式,提出远程监控系统的拓扑方案和软件设计思路,利用Winsock网络编程技术和Win32多线程技术设计数据传输代理服务器,建立电厂内、外网之间的连接、实时数据和控制指令的中转传输。介绍监控数据代理服务器的实现,利用ASP技术和Winsock控件在远程客户端得到电厂DCS实时监控画面和各种运行曲线,实现了对电厂机组的远程实时监控、在线分析和远程诊断,满足现代电厂的自动化要求。According to the frame of supervisory system of plant,a new topology scheme and software design method in the supervising system,are introduced in this paper.With Winsock technology and Win32 multi-thread technology,data transport proxy server is designed.Its target is established the contact and transmission of real-time data or control command between plant Intranet and Internet.Designed the data transport proxy and Winsock OCX （ActiveX control） by using VC＋＋,and real-time obtaining the DCS monitoring menus and curves on the client＇s browser by ASP technology （Active Server Page）, it realizes the functions of the real-time supervisory system-real-time remote monitor,online analysis and remote diagnosis, and meets the automatic control demand in modern plant.
