摘　　要：根据簇绒机工作原理,设计了簇绒机控制系统。在分析控制系统需求的基础上,设计了基于嵌入式Linux的簇绒机控制系统上位机,详细介绍了地毯图片处理和串行通信模块设计,最后给出了簇绒机控制系统上位机开发实例。According to tufting machine working principle,a tufting machine control system is designed.In the analysis of control system requirements,embedded Linux-based control system for tufting machine upper computer is designed,carpet image processing and serial communication modules＇ design are described in detail.Finally,tufting machine control system upper computer instance is developed.
