摘　　要：水资源可持续利用是城市可持续发展的重要部分;结合哈尔滨市实际情况,概括选取与评价关系密切的指标,运用由主成分分析法、层次分析法和综合指数法组成的集成定量方法,评价2005年所辖各区县市水资源可持续利用水平;研究结果表明,其水资源可持续利用总体水平偏低,东北部和南部各地区处于中等层次,中西部各地区水资源利用形势严峻;提出持续利用水资源的对策。Sustainable utilization of water resource is the important section of urban sustainable development. According to the practical situation of Harbin City, the author chose indicators that are connected with evaluation closely, and evaluated the level of sustainable utilization of water resource in various districts, counties and cities of Harbin in the year of 2005 by applying the integrated quantitative method composed of Principle Component Analysis （PCA）, Analytic Hierarchy Process （AFIP） and approach of composite index. The results indicate that the level is on the low side. Northeast and southern regions are on the medium level and the situation of Midwest is severely. Countermeasures were put forward for using water resource sustainably on the basis of evaluation results.
