摘 要:在保证半导体冷藏箱热端散热的情况下,将热端水冷改为风冷以简化制冷系统。运用CFD软件进行辅助设计,并对换热过程进行场协同分析,得到肋间距为2mm,肋厚为0.6mm,顶部送风方式下散热器性能达到最优化。将设计的散热器用于试验,试验结果与模拟设计结果最大相差10.7%。试验结果证明了运用CFD辅助设计的风冷式半导体热端散热器的可靠性。研究结果有助于半导体热端风冷散热器的热设计和提高其散热性能。The thermoelectric refrigerator was siinplified by changing water cooling to air cooling on the hot side. The process of heat transfer was investigated by using CFD software package and the field synergy, principle. The results showed that the performance of radiator was optimized while the distance and thickness of ribs were separately 2 mm and 0.6 mm with the top air supply model. The largest difference between the experimental results and simulation results was 10.7%. The test results proved the reliability of the thermoelectric refrigerator with air cooling on the hot side. Tile results were useful to design the radiator on hot side and improve the performance of heat transfer.
