摘　　要：在充分分析了现有研究成果和实践的基础上,提出了创新型企业的评价指标体系,通过问卷调查、专家评价和实地测试等方法对指标体系进行了优化,并给出了各指标的权重和具体的评价方法,使其具有很好的实际应用价值。Based on a full analysis of the existing research achievements and practices, the paper develops evaluation indicators system of the innovative enterprises, and optimizes the indicators system by a questionnaire survey, the experts＇ evaluation and tests in the enterprise. Additionally, it Give the weight and the detailed methods of evaluation to have good value in practical applications.
