摘  要:采用大气孔陶瓷结合剂将CBN超硬磨料压铸到42CrMo合金钢基盘,将磨料层设计成包含斜面的倾斜结构以便更利于点磨削加工。对砂轮基体内部微小单元建立应力应变与其增量之间的关系,研究砂轮基体在高速旋转时的应力和基体变形的分布梯度,得出了基体强度校核的理论公式。研究表明,应力和变形都随砂轮转速提高而呈现二次方增大的趋势。依据点磨削工艺要求,应用有限元方法对砂轮结构进行优化,制备了试验砂轮。It was designed as 42CrMo matrix vitrified CBN wheel with a special abrasive layer which contained a decline face on the leading edge and it was helpful for point grinding. After studying on the connection between inner micro- unit's displacement and stress of wheel matrix, the distribution of stress and displacement of wheel matrix can be seen. Models for strength check were also established. It is found the displacement and stress quadratic increase with wheel speed increasing. In addition, a finite element analysis (FEA) method was applied to optimize wheel structure. In the end, the optimized super high--speed point grinding wheel was obtained.
