摘 要:提出一种三角网格曲面模型多轴数控加工刀轨生成算法,该算法采用R*-tree动态空间索引结构组织三角面片拓扑近邻关系,基于该结构对刀轨截面与三角网格曲面进行求交获取截面数据点,计算截面数据点的瞬时加工区域,根据刀具与瞬时加工区域中各三角面片的面、边、顶点的相切关系,采用面相切、边相切和顶点相切刀位计算方法获取相应刀位点,采用最小生成树方法对刀位点排序,生成多轴数控加工刀轨。实例证明,该算法刀轨生成精度高,运行速度快,且适用于各种复杂三角网格曲面模型多轴数控加工刀轨的生成。A generating algorithm of multi--axis NC machining tool--path for triangular mesh surface model was proposed,which had five steps:first, the special index structure of triangular mesh surface model was established based on the R ^* --tree;second, section data were computed through intersecting between the mesh model and the tool--path section according to the special index structure; third,the transient processing area was obtained; forth, the cutter location points were generated by means of the relevant computing modes;fifth, the cutter location points were sorted with the minimum spanning tree algorithm. It is proved that it can generate multi--axis NC machining tool--path for all kinds of triangular mesh surface models accurately and efficiently.
