摘  要:电力系统静态安全是系统运行的一个重要问题。提出了一种基于线路过载与电压越限的电力系统风险评估与预防控制方法。该方法应用随机潮流和半不变量法分析系统运行的不确定性以及造成的线路潮流和节点电压的不确定性,采用严重度函数描述线路过载与电压越限的影响与后果,以线路潮流与节点电压越限的可能性与严重性的乘积作为系统的风险指标。基于优化潮流和粒子群优算法建立了系统静态安全的风险预防控制模型,通过对系统控制变量的优化,有效减少了系统线路过载与电压越限风险,提高了系统运行的安全性。测试系统的计算结果验证了该算法的可行性。To ensure the static security of the power system,which is one of the key factors in power system operation,a method of risk assessment and preventive control was proposed based on the risk of line overload and voltage exceeding.In this method,the probabilistic power flow(PPT) and cumulant method were used to analyze the randomness of system statuses,and the severity function was applied to describing the impact and outcome of line overhead and voltage exceeding.Moreover,the product of probability sever...severity of line overload and voltage exceeding was defined as the risk index of the system. Finally, a preventive control model for static security, based on optimal power flow and particle swarm optimization method, was developed and used to optimize the outputs of the system active and reactive resources, which reduced the risks of overload and voltage exceeding and increased system security. The method was proved effective through testing.
