摘 要:生物质混煤的灰分特性对混烧生物质锅炉的安全运行具有重要意义,以麦秆、杨木屑与典型烟煤分别制成单生物质和双生物质混煤,根据混煤中生物质的配比采用了分段式灰化温度制取灰样,并对灰样作熔融特性实验研究,找出灰熔点随生物质配比的变化规律;在电站锅炉上进行生物质与煤的混燃试验,对收集的锅炉飞灰作熔融特性分析,将结果与实验室的结论作比较,结果表明:两者有较好的一致性,且随生物质配比提高总体上会使混煤灰熔融温度降低。The ash samples from different kinds of biomass and coal blends,which were made of different biomass(wheat stem and wood dust) and with different biomass/coal blending ratio,were obtained with staged ashing temperature according to the proportion of the biomass.The ash fusion characteristics were studied experimentally,and the relationship between the ashing fusion point and the biomass/coal blending ratio were found.The ash fusion characteristics were also studied through co-firing of the biomass and coal blends in the power plant boiler, and the results were in compliance with that of the laboratory study. It also showed that the fusion temperature of the blends decreases as the biomass proportion increases.
