摘 要:型焦技术是合理利用非炼焦煤资源或扩大煤焦煤资源的有效途径,工艺条件对型焦质量影响很大。系统阐述了粘结剂、原料粒度、成型压力、氧化或干馏条件对型焦质量的影响。认为成型原料处于最佳粒度分布,成型压力为15MPa~50MPa可获高质量型焦。合适的尺寸、形状可减少由高挥发分煤制成的型焦裂纹生成。干馏或氧化条件如氧化温度、氧化时间、干馏最终温度等对型焦质量的影响也进行了论述。同时提出炭化温度达400℃后采用慢升温速率可显著提高型焦强度。The technology of formed cokes is an effective way for making rational use of noncaking coal resources or extending coking coal resources.The technological conditions mainly including binders,particle sizes,briquetting pressures,oxidative heat hardening or carbonization factors which effect strongly on the qualities of formed cokes were systematically introduced.It is believed that high quality of formed coke can be obtained when using the optimum particle size distribution of formed coke can be obtained when using the optimum particle size distribution of raw materials and 15 MPa~50 MPa briquetting pressures.The crack formation of formed cokes produced by the high volitile coals can be reduced when suitable size and shape of briquettes are carbonized.The conditions of carbonization or oxidation such as time and temperature of oxidation and temperature of carbonization which effect on the quality of formed cokes were also discussed.At the same time,the quality of formed cokes can be improved using the slow rate of carbonization temperature after 400℃.
