摘 要:研究松嫩平原盐碱草地土壤酶活性与肥力因子的关系,结果表明:土壤过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、转化酶和碱性磷酸酶活性与土壤氮素、磷素、钾素、有机质、全盐含量及pH值之间的相关关系不同,酶活性在不同季节和肥力因子的相关性差异较大。将酶活性和肥力因子作为两组综合指标进行典型相关分析,得到3对显著典型变量,其中第1对典型变量的典型相关系数为0.967,特征值占总特征值的88.5%,且综合土壤肥力因子和综合酶活性因子典型变量排序图呈很好的线性特征,可以用综合酶活性来指示盐碱地肥力因子的变化。Relationships between soil enzymatic activities and fertilizer factors in Songnen alkaline grassland were examined. The results indicated that there were some correlations between soil catalase, polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase, protease, convertase, alkaline phosphatase and soil nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, total salt and pH. The relevance were different between soil enzymatic activities and fertilizer factors in different seasons. Three pairs of significant canonical variables were got by canonical correlation analysis between enzymatic activity and fertilizer factors, among them, the canonical correlation coefficient of the 1st typical variable was 0. 967 and the eigenvalue accounted for 88.5% of total eigenvalue, and the typical variable ordering map of the integrated soil fertility factor and integrated enzymatic activity factor showed a good linear features. Integrated enzymatic activity could be used to indicate fertilizer changes in alkaline soil.
