摘  要:采用人工气候箱培养,用盆栽法研究狼毒在土壤里腐解过程中对受体新麦草的化感作用。结果表明:新麦草幼苗的植株高度、叶面积的生化他感敏感指数RI值均为负数,表明狼毒根对新麦草具有一定程度的抑制作用,但抑制效果不显著,狼毒根对新麦草幼苗的细胞质膜透性的作用效果不显著;狼毒茎叶对新麦草幼苗无明显的抑制作用。总之,新麦草对狼毒的生化他感作用具有较强的耐抗性。With pot culture, tee artificial climate box was used to study the allelophopathy of Stellera charmaejasme in the decompose process in the soil on tee acceptor Psathyrostachysjuncea. The results indicated that the allelopathy sensitive index (RI) values of the plant height and leaf area of P. juncea seedling were all negative, indicating that the root of S. chamnaejasme has inhibition effect on P. juncea to a degree,but compared with the control, the inhibitory effect was not significant (P〉0.05). The effect of S. chamaejasme root on the differential permeability of cell membrane of P. juncea is not significant (P〉0.05); TEe stems and leaves of S. chamaejasme had no significant inhibitory effect on P. juncea seedlings. So it was showed that P. juncea had the resistibility against the allelopathy of S. charnaejasrne.
