摘 要:对新品系Dy-2006、龙牧801、中苜1号和肇东苜蓿的酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)酶谱表征进行了分析。酯酶分析共检测到9条酶带,新品系Dy-2006检测到4条酶带,2条特征谱带,其它3个苜蓿品种分别检测到6条、5条和4条酶带,特征谱带依次为1条、1条和0条;过氧化物酶分析共检测到13条酶带,Dy-2006共检测到6条酶带,3条特征谱带,其余3个苜蓿品种检测到的酶带依次为7条、4条和4条,特征谱带均为1条。新品系Dy-2006与其它3个苜蓿品种存在明显的遗传差异。The zymogram phenotypes of esterase(EST) and peroxide (POD) of new alfalfa strain Dy- 2006, Longmu801, Zhongmu No. 1 and Zhaodong were analyzed. In EST analysis, 9 enzyme bands were detected; in new strain 4 enzyme bands and 2 characteristic bands were detected, and in other 3 cultivars the enzyme bands were 6, 5 and 4 separately, and the characteristic bands were 1, 1, and 0 separately. In POD analysis, 13 enzyme bands were detected; in new strain 6 enzyme bands and 3 characteristic bands were detected, and in other 3 cultivars the enzyme bands were 7, 4 and 4 separately, and the characteristic bands were 1, 1, and 1 separately. There were genetic difference between new varieties Dy-2006 and other 3 cultivars.
