住院精神分裂症患者康复护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨行为矫治和心理干预对住院精神分裂症患者的康复护理效果。方法将80例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组实施为期8W的、以行为矫治和心理干预为措施的康复护理，对照组不实施该康复措施。两组采用住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）、简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）进行康复效果的综合评价。结果治疗前，所有量表评分两组间均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；治疗后，观察组各量表评分均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论行为矫治和心理干预能够改善住院精神分裂症患者的症状，对恢复和重建良好的行为和社会功能有积极的作用。Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the Schizophrenia in - patients. Methods 80 case of Schizophrenia were divided into observation and control groups. The patients of observation group were given psychological intervene and behaviour therapy for 8 weeks. But the patients of control group were not carried out the rehabilitation nursing. The rehabilitation effects were evaluated by IPROS and BPRS. Resuits The scores of all these scales were no different before treatment between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）, the scores of observation group were better than those of control group after 2 months （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Psy- chological intervene and behaviour therapy could improve the symptom of Schizophrenia, and it would have active effect for returning and rebuilding the behaviour and social function on Schizophrenia who were in hospital
