摘 要:分析了尿素装置增设惰气精洗器的必要性和可行性,简述了其工作原理、工艺流程、技术特点和应用实效。结果表明,增设惰气精洗器可将惰洗器尾气中的氨含量由10%降至0.3%,吨尿素回收氨6~10 kg;30万t/a尿素装置可节省生产成本360万元/a,增设惰气精洗器的投资回收期为2个月。Author 'has analyzed the necessity and feasibility for the inert gas refining purifier being additionally arranged, has briefly described the working principle, process flow, technical features and application effect. The result indicates that additionally arranging the inert gas refining purifier can reduce the ammonia content contained in the tail gas of inert gas refining purifier from 10% to 0.3%, recovery ammonia reaches to 6 - 10 t per/ton of urea, production cost can be saved by 3.6 million Yuan RMB per year for 300000 t/a urea plant, investment recovery period is 2 months for the additionally arranging the inert gas refining purifier.
