摘　　要：目的:探索流动人口适宜避孕节育技术推广应用中最佳规范化模式。方法:采用文献综述、清仓查库、个人深入访谈、小组集中讨论、现场观察、试点干预等方法。结果:避孕节育规范的推广模式,一是找准宣传教育场所,把宣传教育与流动人口的工作生活相结合,扩大宣传覆盖面。二是规范宣传品的制作,宣传品的内容应包括国家计划生育政策、避孕知识、避孕节育服务信息等,宣传品的制作要有审核制度。三是推广方式应将宣传教育、药具发放、技术服务有机结合。四是要针对流动人口的特点,开展专题讲座,促进行为转变。五是拓展药具发放点,增加服务可及性。六是加强服务人员的培训。结论:规范化建设有利于规范服务流程和操作环节,提高服务质量。通过项目点的总结和试点探索,取得了显著成效,但随着社会发展和流动人口不断增长,规范化建设的道路任重道远。Objective：To explore best practice of popularizing contraceptives in the floating population by status analysis. Methods：Literature review,inventory of warehouse,individual in-depth interviews,panel discussions,field observation and intervention pilot study were conducted. Results： The key points of normalized model for popularizing contraceptives in the floating population were as follows： First,the best site for propaganda and education was determined,and propaganda and education were integrated with the work and the life of the floating populatin. Meanwhile,the coverage of propaganda and education was expanded. Second,the materials for propaganda were normalized and checked. The contents of materials included the family planning policy of our country,knowledge of contraception,information of local services on contraception and so on. Third,the propaganda and education was integrated with distribution of contraceptives and technical service. Forth,the topic seminars special for the floating population were conducted,resulting in the promotion of their behavior changes. Fifth,the sites of distribution of contraceptives were increased and the accessibility of service was enhanced. Sixth,the training for service providers was strengthened. Conclusion： It is necessary to normalize the popularization of contraceptives in the floating population in order to improve the quality of service. Although some remarkable achievements were obtained as a result of summary and exploration,the establishment of normalized model would have heavy responsibilities along with the social development and the increase of the floating population in number.
