摘 要:随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展,各种放射诊疗日益广泛普及应用,其所致受检者及患者的医疗照射,已经成为公众所受最大的,并且不断增加的人工电离辐射照射来源。医疗照射防护影响面很广,它是放射防护领域的突出问题。加强医疗照射防护的研究工作,也是适应我国放射诊疗迅速发展的迫切需要。"上海市‘十一五'期间医疗照射水平的调查研究",为掌握全市X射线诊断学、介入放射学、临床核医学和放射肿瘤学等放射诊疗发展趋势,加强放射诊疗的宏观调控和强化医疗照射防护打下了良好基础。应当充分利用这些成果去推动医疗照射防护水平的不断提高,并促进放射诊疗事业更健康地发展,让医疗照射更好地造福于民。With the continuous development of health care, diversified radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy have been increasingly and universally used, and the medical exposure to examinees and patients has become the wider and ever-increasing part of the artificial sources of ionizing radiation. Protection from the universal uses of medical exposure has become a new focus of progress in the field of radiological protection, and also suited the urgent needs for rapid development of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy in China. The survey and study on the level of medical exposure to radiation in Shanghai during the Eleventh Five- year Plan period laid a good foundation to grasp the development trends of the city in terms of X-ray diagnostics, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and others, and to strengthen the macro-control of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy as well as to enhance the medical radiation protection. Full utilization of these results to improve the protection situations of medical exposure and to promote the development of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy, may make the medical exposure yield more benefits to the public.
