摘　　要：在建立高校教育信息资源管理绩效评价指标体系的基础上,构建了相应的二级模糊综合评价模型。讨论了利用二元对比排序法计算各个因素的权重,以某高校为例,运用该模糊综合评价模型(FCU)进行了实证研究,指出所得结果可科学、客观地反映该高校教育信息资源管理的绩效水平。Based on constructing the evaluation index system of educational information resources management performance of universities and colleges, this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, discusses the calculation of the weights of various factors by using the sequential analysis with binary contrast, and makes an empirical study on a certain university with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and points out that the obtained results can scientifically and objectively reflect the performance level of educational resources management of universities and colleges.
