变应性鼻炎患者治疗前后血清IL-2、TNF-α检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨变应性鼻炎患者治疗前后血清IL-2和TNF-α水平的变化意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析测定了69例变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-2和TNF-α含量，并与46名健康人作比较。结果：在治疗前血清TNF-α水平显著地高于对照组（P〈0．01），而IL-2水平则显著地低于对照组（P〈0．01），经治疗3个月后，则与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：变应性鼻炎的发生与发展与血清IL-2和TNF-α水平密切相关。Objfective：To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum IL-2 and TNF-α levels after treatment in pailents with allergic rhinitis. Methods Serum IL-2 and TNF-α levels were determined in 69 patients with allergic rhinitis both before and after treatment as well as in 46 controls.Results Before treatment, the serum TNF- α levels in patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（P〈0.01）,while the IL-2 levels were significantly lower（P〈0.01）.After 3 months of treatment all the levels were not significantly diferent from those in controls（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Development of allergic rhinitis were closely related to the serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-α.
