中马民办(私立)高等教育境外合作办学之比较及建议

摘　　要：与马来西亚多种多样私立高等教育机构参与境外合作项目相比,我国的民办高等教育机构在这方面存在着相当大的差距。为此,本文以马来西亚私立高等教育机构参与境外合作办学为借鉴,提出重视我国民办高校参与中外合作办学的重要意义和进一步完善相关中外合作办学政策法规的政策建议。Comparing with a wide variety of non-governmental higher education institutions in Malaysia which involving in oversea cooperation projects, there is a considerable gap between China＇s non-governmental higher education institutions. This paper takes the cooperation in running foreign schools of Malaysia＇s non-governmental higher education institutions as reference, demon- strates the importance of non-governmental higher education participating in the sino-foreign cooperative education and proposes several suggestions for further improvement of cooperative education policies and regulations.
