高校办学特色培育机制探析——以浙江树人大学现代服务业学院为例

摘　　要：高校办学特色形成于教学实施、科学研究和社会服务三大过程,即高校作为一个"投入——产出"转换系统的"产出"环节。而教学科研人员素质能力、方法手段、组织模式创新则是作为高校这个"投入——产出"转换系统的"投入"要素,成为制约和影响高校服务特色形成的关键要素,其中"人"的因素是决定性的因素。在学科研究的统领或支撑下,动态提高教学科研人员的理论和实践能力,是培育教学科研人员素质能力特色的路径选择。也是高校办学特色的根本源泉。The characteristic of a university is formed from teaching, scientific research and social service process. If the university is regarded as the ＂output＂ link in ＂input-output＂ conversion system, then the technical competencies, methods, and organization mode innovation of teachers and researchers are the ＂input＂ link in the ＂input-output＂ conversion system. These ＂input＂ are the key elements to restrict and affect the forming of characteristic of the university, where ＂people＂ factor is the decisive factor. In the academic research system, continuous improvement of teachers＇ and researcher＇s theory and practice ability is not only the route choice in personnel cultivation of teaching and scientific research＇s characteristics, but also the fundamental source of characteristics of higher education.
