摘 要:研究了纳米级SiO2填充PMMA体系的性能。结果表明,经不同偶联剂处理的SiO2填充PMMA的最大扭矩和最终平衡扭矩呈现如下规律,未处理SiO2填充PMMA体系>A151处理SiO2填充PMMA体系>A1100处理SiO2填充PMMA>A174处理SiO2填充PMMA体系,偶联剂用量在3%时,体系的拉伸强度呈现峰值。纳米级SiO2采用普通的分散方法进行混合时不能达到有效分散,随SiO2用量增加拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度都下降,透光率降低,损耗增加。s The property of PMMA filled with nano meter SiO 2 was studied.The results showed the maximum torque and final balanced torque of the PMMA filled with SiO 2 treated by different coupling agents had the tendency like PMMA filled with non treated SiO 2> PMMA filled with A151 treated SiO 2> PMMA filled with A1100 treated SiO 2>PMMA filled with A174 treated SiO 2 When the coupling agent content was 3%,the tensile strength of the blend had a peak value.Nano meter SiO 2 could not be well dispersed in the system by common dispersing method.With the increase of SiO 2 content in the system,the tensile strength,bend strength,impact strength and light transmittance of the blend would decrease,with an increase of loss modulus.
