前壁前置胎盘剖宫产术31例临床分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析前壁前置胎盘对孕产妇的危害,提高对前壁前置胎盘的认识。方法对31例前壁前置胎盘(前壁组)与87例非前壁前置胎盘(非前壁组)病例进行回顾性分析。结果前壁组剖宫产术中出血量明显多于非前壁组(P<0.05)。结论前壁前置胎盘可增加母体出血风险和新生儿贫血的发生,术前应作好充分准备及抢救措施,以保证母婴安全。Objective To improve the understanding of the placenta previa implanted in anterior uterine wall by analyzing the harm to the placenta previa implanted in anterior uterine wall to the pregnant women. Methods The data from 31 cases with the placenta previa implanted in anterior wall（ anterior group） and 87 cases with the placenta previa implanted in posterior or lateral wall（ non - anterior group） was analyzed retrospectively. Rusults The amount of postoperative hemorrhage of those pregnant women in anterior group was more than that in non - anterior group obviously and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The placenta previa implanted in anterior wall could increase the risk of maternal hemorrhage and the occurrence of newborns anemia. Full preparation and rescue measures would be made before the operation to ensure maternal and child safety.
