摘　　要："正确处理人民内部矛盾"思想是以毛泽东为首的中国共产党第一代领导集体共同智慧的结晶,它为当时处理执政者与群众之间的矛盾提供了重要的指导策略,对于当前执政党"妥善处置群体性事件"同样具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。第一,要以常态化的心态正确对待群体性事件;第二,要讲究策略妥善处理群体性事件;第三,要实现对群体性事件的制度化调控。The thought of dealing the first leading group of the CPC with to deal with the contradictions between with the contradictions among the people well, the wisdom crystallization of Man Zedong as the center, provided an important guiding policy for the Party the ruler and the masses well in the past time and now it also has its signifi- cance and theoretical value in dealing with group incidents well for the incidents well with normal mentality;secondly, we must deal with group ruling Party. First, we must deal with group incidents well with tactics; and thirdly, we must formulate the rules and regulations to coordinate group incidents.
