摘　　要：农村医疗服务供应链是一个复杂系统,该系统内部结构性缺陷会导致农村医疗卫生服务系统的可及性、公平性、社会协调性系统问题的出现,同时造成农民"看病贵、看病难"等问题。农村医院是农村医疗服务供应链的主体,其发展受到大量的系统性负反馈制约因素影响,迫切需要消除农村医院系统的负反馈增长上限制约因素,而实现这一目标必须:引进有共同责任、利益的子系统,通过子系统责任和利益的实现,实现消除上限的总目标。消除农村医院系统的负反馈增长上限制约因素,对优化农村医疗卫生资源配置,提升农村医院整体竞争力,发展农村医疗服务供应链极具重要,也是缓解农民"看病贵、看病难"问题的重要途径。The rural health services supply chain is a complex system. The structural deficiencies within the rural health service supply chain system have led to a series of problems, such as ： accessibility, fairness and social coordination problems in rural health service system, and it has brought about a new problem that farmers can＇ t afford to pay the expensive medical fee. The rural hospitals are the main body of rural health service supply chain, which is impacted by a large number of systemic negative feedback constraints in the process of development. So, it is urgent to eradicate them. but the principle must be followed ： introducing a common responsibility and interests subsystem by the realization of responsibility and interests of subsystem. It will achieve the overall goal of eliminating the growth limit constraints. The eradication of rural hospital system negative feedback limiting constraints will help optimize the allocation of rural health resources and enhance the overall competitiveness of rural hospitals. It is not only important to the development of rural health services supply chain but also to easing the problem of ＂difficulty to see doctor and expensive medical fee for farmers＂.
