摘 要:改革开放以来,我国农产品价格政策与粮食生产产量逐渐走向市场化。在不同的发展阶段,都体现出国家计划、粮食产量与市场需求之间的博弈,各个时期的农产品价格政策都具有其深层次的原因和存在的合现性。当前我国农产品市场存在粮食产量不能满足市场需求、农民种粮收益低、非农产品发展不足、耕地面积减少、农产品国际竞争力低下等问题。因此,必须从战略的高度制定农产品价格政策目标,确定我国长期的农产品价格政策,大力推进我国社会主义新农村建设。Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the price policy and production of agricultural are gradually getting to the marketization form in China. There are different policies in different development stages, and every policy has its profound reasons and rationality of its existence. They reflect the result of game among national plans, agricultural production and market demand. At present, there are some problems in the agricultural market, such as insufficient production, low profit, reduction of cultivated area, low competitiveness of agricultural products, and so on. According to the above problems, we suggest that, strategically, our country can prove the policy goals to make a long - term agricultural policy and we should promote new rural construction of socialism.
