摘　　要：利用EXCEL和EVIEWS,以《中国人寿保险业经验生命表》(1990-1993)为基础,分析利率变动对定期寿险的影响状况,找出其影响规律。并在此分析的基础上,对保险公司的定价提出建议。Using the tools of EXCEL and EVIEWS, and on the basis of ＂China Life Insurance Mortality Table＂ （1990 - 1993 ）. This article analyzes the influence of the variation of interest rate on Term Insurance＇ s pure premium, and finds out the pattern. Besides these, makes a proposal for the insurance company on pricing of product.
